🔹 Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide. For international enquiries, please contact us directly at admin@thenearsidesaddlery.com

🔹 Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch.

  • Custom or made-to-order items (e.g. certain saddles) may have extended processing times. Estimated lead times will be communicated at the time of purchase.

🔹 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout (where applicable).

  • Estimated delivery timeframes:
    ▪ Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
    ▪ Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
    Please note that remote and regional areas may experience longer delivery times.

🔹 Saddles & Large Items

  • Saddles and other large or bulky items will be shipped via courier services with tracking provided.

  • Due to size and weight, a flat-rate or quoted shipping fee may apply.

  • In some cases, we may contact you to confirm shipping costs before dispatching your order.

🔹 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

You can choose to collect your order in-store at:

🔹 Delays & Delivery Issues
While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather events, public holidays, or courier delays.
